Hello, We R fans! Enza back with you to share a set of cards created with the Precision Press Advanced. I know I say it all the time, but this is another of those tools you need in your stash, especially if stamping is your thing. It makes it easier to work with layered stamps, and is great to create repeated patterns.
My cards today feature a circular design that came together in no time.
I started by trimming my card panel to measure 5.5 inch square. I like to be able to resize it if needed, so I always make it a little bigger than my card base. I then positioned my stamp in the center with the help of the grid design on the acrylic stamping block.
Next, I used a smaller stamp to create a wreath all the way around the main image.
Again I positioned it on my panel, pressed the top down, and turned the block four times without moving the paper. I then arranged the stamp again, and filled the empty spots with a lighter color of ink.
It was so easy and fast, that I stamped another panel with a different color combination.
For one of the cards, I decided to stamp and heat-emboss my sentiment directly in the center.
Since I’m a big fan of dimensional elements, I wanted something that popped a bit more. I stamped a few more of the smaller flowers in a matching color, die cut them with the coordinating dies that come in the Vicki Boutin set I used, and adhered them down with foam adhesive. Black splatters finished the cards.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you enjoyed these cards and are inspired to use the Precision Press Advanced for your next project!
