Make Halloween Treat Bags with the Mini Evolution

Hello We R Fans! Kimberly here with a Halloween treat project. I love making Halloween treats, but time is always of the essence. So, using a few We R Memory Keepers tools, I was able to put together some really fun treats in no time flat! Plus, I can always get the helpers around the house to put these together, because the tools are that easy to use.

After placing your desired treats in a small, plastic bag, seal the ends with the Fuse Tool.

The Fuse Tool will seal the bag and hold all the treats inside. To use the Fuse Tool, begin by plugging it and giving it a few minutes to heat up.

Note: Put candy in the bag BEFORE sealing. Helpful hint. 😀

When the tool is ready, place the Fuse Tool ruler over the end of the bag, making sure that the bag is flat and aligned. Follow the edge of the ruler, slowly, with the Fuse Tool. Be sure and place the bag on a heat-resistant surface before sealing it closed. The tip of the Fuse Tool gets very hot, so use caution.

Once the bags are sealed, it is time to create the toppers. Trim these adorable patterned papers from DCWV down to size. By scoring the paper in the middle, it creates a topper that covers both front and back.

To create the tricks and treats tape, take out the We R Memory Keepers Mini Evolution, Label Tape, and a Label Embossing folder. The Label Tape is sticky once the backing is removed, making it the perfect sticker for the treat bags.

Pass the tape, inside of the embossing folder, through the We R Memory Keepers Mini Evolution. When embossing with folders, use the two clear plates. Also be sure to have the Label Tape color facing up to get the cool embossed look.

For a little more color on the treat bags, add some stars punched from paper with a Clear Cut Punch-Mini.

After assembling the toppers, adhere them to the bags. One line of tape on the inside-back, and one line of tape on the inside-front keeps the bags secure.
