Favorite Colors Project Roundup

Hello and Happy Friday friends! This week our team has shared projects inspired by some of their favorite colors. Did you notice a theme? Our designers all love gold and either teal or mint! We’re kind of partial to teal too. ūüėČ

Color schemes are a great starting point for a project, and a perfect source for inspiration. Today we thought it would be fun to share some past blog projects that were inspired by a particular color scheme to help jumpstart your creativity.

We R Inspired by Colors

Pink and Gold Gift Wrap

Monochromatic color schemes can be so beautiful when done right. We love the various intensities of pink, complemented by the shimmery gold embossed paper in this lovely gift wrap project. That rich embossed texture is easy to achieve with the Evolution Advanced and Next Level Embossing Folders. Stunning! CLICK HERE for more gorgeous pink projects and details.

Swim Team Party Decor

School or team colors are a perfect source of inspiration if you’re throwing a party with a sports or graduation theme. This swim team party decor started with the team colors, and we just love how it turned out. The DIY Party Collection, Alphabet Punch Board, and Banner Punch Board made everything come together in a snap. So much fun! You can find more photos and instructions for this project HERE.

Mint, Gold, and Black Card

This beautiful card is another example of using a monochromatic color scheme. These colors, along with some other vibrant hues, are found in our older Urban Chic Collection. We love the grounding black color along with the other neutral, gold. Gorgeous! CLICK HERE for more photos and details about this project.

Olympics-Inspired Mini Album

This unique sports-themed mini album was inspired by the Olympic rings and colors. The circular pages are attached using the Crop-A-Dile II, and the colorful embellishments are from our older Flower Girl Collection. You can find more photos and details about this project on our blog HERE.

Colorful Scrapbook Page

This scrapbook layout was also made with our older Urban Chic Collection, but is basically limited to the aqua, black, white, and pink from the color scheme. Those colors complement each other perfectly! Remember, you don’t have to use all of the colors and patterns in a paper collection. CLICK HERE for more photos and details about this layout on our blog.

Thanks for joining us today. We hope you’ve found some colorful inspiration. Have a wonderful and crafty weekend friends! We’ll see you next week.
